Beach B.A.L.L
This year the Beach B.A.L.L. will be on May 8th at 6:00pm at Saint Rocke. In addition to the Emerging Leader Awards and silent auction, this year's B.A.L.L. will feature the band Dick the Citizen as the entertainment!
Ticket prices are as follows:
- $75 - Early Bird (before April 15) Alumni & Current Class
- $85 - Regular Admission (after April 15)
Your ticket includes catered food, one drink ticket, silent auction and all of the Dick the Citizen you can handle!! Purchase your tickets with Venmo (@leadershiphermosa) and put Beach B.A.L.L. in the memo.
The Beach B.A.L.L. (Bringing All Local Leaders Together – the ‘T’ is silent) is Leadership Hermosa Beach’s (LHB) annual fundraising event that brings all local leaders together for an enjoyable night of socializing and celebrating the year’s Emerging Leaders. LHB and the City of Hermosa Beach partner together annually to award and recognize Emerging Leaders in three categories:
- Hermosa Beach Local Business or Not-for-Profit/Community Organization
- Hermosa Beach Youth (individual aged 5 – 17)
- Hermosa Beach Adult (individual aged 18+)
Emerging Leader awardees are those who have exhibited strong leadership benefiting the community of Hermosa Beach, and have shown potential for an expanded leadership role, but may not have the body of work to warrant other accolades.
The LHB Beach B.A.L.L. is held in Hermosa Beach every year. The event announces the Emerging Leader recipients with music and dancing to follow. Proceeds from the event are used to sponsor future Leadership Hermosa Beach Alumni projects that benefit the city and local community.
